Here is the list I wanted to start on Day 1. I finally figured out what I wanted to write down. This is more important that all the other “to-do’s” that I might have made before now. I think this list is good for everybody....now, if only I could accomplish it.
- Exercise
- Rest -- take a nap
- Spend time with God
- Throw away 10 things
- Take care of something living
- Listen to my body
- Eat better than I did yesterday
- Drink water
