A List to Live By

Here is the list I wanted to start on Day 1. I finally figured out what I wanted to write down. This is more important that all the other “to-do’s” that I might have made before now. I think this list is good for everybody....now, if only I could accomplish it.


  1. Exercise
  2. Rest -- take a nap
  3. Spend time with God
  4. Throw away 10 things
  5. Take care of something living
  6. Listen to my body
  7. Eat better than I did yesterday
  8. Drink water
